Over the years, Chef Mohammed advanced into leadership roles in prestigious kitchens, including serving as Executive Chef at the Chicago Chophouse in downtown Calgary. His expertise, creativity and dedication to quality earned him recognition as a respected and award-winning chef in the industry. Having visited 25 countries around the world, he brings a global perspective and diverse culinary inspiration into every dish he creates.
With a strong and refined understanding of food — particularly Mediterranean and halal cuisine — Chef Mohammed is known for his commitment to freshness, authenticity and consistency. He is deeply passionate about supporting the local community, with a strong belief in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
